DESCRIPTION
This beautiful villa is situated in a splendid position inside a large estate owned by a famous family of Florentine entrepreneurs. The estate is located in a small, peaceful valley on the foothills of the Apennine mountains near the valley of the river Arno, around 25 minutes by car from Florence. There are many places of historical interest worth visiting in the surrounding area, as well as a number of famous Italian designer outlet stores. The villa is beautifully furnished and carefully and tastefully fitted out. There is a pleasant outdoor loggia with a lounge area and a dining area, suitable for relaxing and eating “al fresco”. Around 300 meters from the villa is a stunning swimming pool (6 x 12 m) for the exclusive use of the guests, with a gazebo, armchairs, small tables and sunbeds. The villa provides the following domestic staff: 1 maid for 3 hours a day (mornings) for 6 days a week (on request staff can also be provided on Sundays). The linen is changed twice weekly and the towels are changed daily by the domestic staff. The windows are fitted with mosquito nets. Electric fans are provided in every room. Private car park.
