Villa Paolina is situated in one of the most exclusive areas of San Felice del Benaco, in a splendid panoramic position standing above Lake Garda. The property is surrounded by a large green outdoor area on various levels where you will find a nice swimming pool of 4.5x14m. Very pretty views both from the swimming pool and from the house, in particular from the large terrace on the first floor. In San Felice del Benaco there are all kinds of shops, pizzerias and renowned restaurants. Just a short distance from the house you can go for beautiful walks amidst the olive tree groves and the vineyards. There are many golf courses nearby. You can also organize easy and interesting excursions in the numerous towns along the coast from Desenzano to Riva del Garda, where the Alps begin and from where you can reach Mount Baldo, where you can enjoy a splendid panorama. Verona, famous for its international opera festival, is only 40 minutes away either by car or train. In the summer months most parts of the city has ferries that go to the other side of the lake, but if you like, you can also rent your own motorboat or go sailing or windsurfing.
