Large villa divided into two distinct units that can be made to communicate between one another by means of a gate in the garden. This convenient detail greatly improves the level of privacy in cases in which the villa is rented by large groups. The house is located in a magnificent panoramic position and is surrounded by gentle rolling hills, situated inside a large estate where vineyards and olive trees are grown. The villa offers a good level of furnishings and is well equipped; the kitchen is modern and well equipped. The house is accessible to disabled persons. The large pergola furnished with a large table and which you can directly access from the living room, is ideal for organizing delightful outdoor dinners and delicious barbecues. A high-chair and a baby-bed are available for children. Wi-Fi Internet. The villa is surrounded by a large private garden where you will also find the swimming pool of 5x12 m just a short distance from the villa, equipped with deck chairs, sun umbrellas, table and chairs, and for the exclusive use of the guests. There are also two changing rooms, each with bathroom and shower. Available free of charge to our guests and inside the property, beyond the villa's fence, there is a tennis court and five-a-side pitch with artificial grass, shared with the guests of the 3 other villas located in the area and which are part of the same complex (tennis balls and rackets are supplied on the premises). The four villas offer the possibility of accommodating groups of more than 40 people. From the estate you can easily reach the numerous towns and villages in Umbria and Lazio, as well as the city of Rome, which you can reach in about an hour, either by car or train.
