DESCRIPTION
This pretty little villa is situated in a splendid panoramic position near the attractive seaside village of Sampieri. The Sampieri beach is just 2 Km away and features bathing resorts as well as large areas of public beach and is suitable for families with children. The recently built house, which is all on one floor, is perfectly fitted out and pleasantly furnished in a modern style. There is a large, very comfortable, partly covered panoramic terrace with a sea view, where it is possible to eat “al fresco” or cool down in the shade. All basic food items can be purchased in the village of Sampieri. There are all types of stores in Scicli and Pozzallo, around 10 km away. Guests can easily organize trips to all the area’s famous baroque cities from the villa: Scicli is 9 Km away, and Modica, Ragusa Ibla and Noto are all recognized as world heritage sites. The nearest airport is Catania which is little over one hour away by car. The house has a hot/cold air conditioning system in the living room and bedrooms. Small pets are allowed.
