DESCRIPTION
Villa Ilaria stands on the hills rising above Torri del Benaco, only about 4 km away, and is surrounded by abundant, high-standing vegetation, in a secluded and peaceful position with a spectacular view of Lake Garda. There are two accesses to the villas both with automatic gates, one leads closer to the villa and is to be used for unloading your luggage, while the other one leads directly to the internal car park, where there is a short stairway which leads to the garden and the entrance to the villa. The villa has modern style furnishings that are of high quality and very comfortable, it is also equipped with air conditioning, central heating, 2 dishwashers, microwave oven, washing machine, stereo with CD player, as well as a well-equipped kitchen. The enclosed garden is divided on to two levels. On the upper level you will find a pretty swimming pool (7x14 m) with a sun terrace and lounging areas, surrounded with flowers and local plants. There are two covered verandas for outdoor dining or for sampling the excellent wines made in the area. Only about 2 km away is the characteristic town of Albisano, in a splendid position offering a wonderful view of Lake Garda and the surrounding hamlets, the houses spread out around the square and the parish church of San Martino. The entire area offers a wide choice of activities: walking paths that allow you to enjoy the beauty of the lake, water sports such as sailing and windsurfing, easily-accessible golf courses, health spas, and the Valpolicella wine itinerary.
