DESCRIPTION
Villa Ginepro is located only 30 km from Arezzo, in the southern part of the Valdarno Casentinese, a territory that still is not part of the most common tourist itineraries in Tuscany: it is an area of beautiful age-old forests, which make up an important National Park, with varying soft colours (the varying shades of red and orange of autumn are not to be missed, along with the all the possible shades of green in the summer). An area rich in history and artistic testimonies, scattered with many medieval parishes and castles, enchanting landscapes, untouched nature, clean refreshing air and the possibility of many itineraries, each of great beauty, also for those who love sport (trekking, horse riding, mountain biking, etc.). The Villa is a classic 1800 Tuscan farmhouse which respects all the standards of tradition, perfectly renovated and transformed into a charming and well-kept residence, spacious and comfortable. Classic, elegant furnishings make the atmosphere of the house warm, cosy and familiar. From the lawn in front of the house, and also visible from the windows in the living room, is a splendid panorama of the green hills, with a glimpse of an ancient castle standing out. In the large garden there are areas for sitting outdoors, also in the shade of the large trees and a large private swimming pool of 7x14m. To make everything just perfect for the guests, the Villa has a TV with satellite system and Internet connection.
