DESCRIPTION
Villa Ezio lies inside enclosed grounds of 3,000 sq. metres with centuries-old olive trees, and with fruit and palm trees. It consists of a main building and an annex, separated by the large private swimming-pool, which has an irregular shape and has a surface area of about 80 sq. metres. The villa lies in a tranquil spot in the Apulia countryside about 2 kms from the village of Oria, a typical baroque town, towered over by a beautiful castle belonging to Federico II. The town offers all the services you might expect from a normal town: shops, banks, bars, and very good restaurants; and yet the alleys that criss-cross the town offer the real and rare atmosphere of a small village. It lies half-way between the Ionian and Adriatic seas - about 30 kms from both of them, where you can find both beaches offering modern services or totally isolated beaches surrounded by wild countryside with a clear, blue sea, and everywhere you will find typical restaurants where you can enjoy locally-caught fish accompanied by excellent wines from the area such as il Primitivo and il Negroamaro. Brindisi is about 35 kms away, Taranto 45, Ostuni 35, Lecce 60. The house is furnished with modern, good-quality pieces and is equipped with: satellite-TV with DVD player, stereo with CD player, washing-machine, dishwasher, barbecue and wood-burning oven, and air-conditioning as indicated in the detailed descriptions.
