DESCRIPTION
Villa Daphne is situated in one of the most panoramic positions of Porto Santo Stefano, overlooking a vast stretch of sea and the town’s port. The villa is excellently furnished and has all mod cons: heating, air conditioning (adjustable in every room), washing machine, dishwasher, satellite TV, internet connection, 1 parking place. The large terrace (over 150 sq. meters) offers spectacular sea views and is provided with outdoor lounge furniture, deck chairs and a dining area connected to the kitchen entrance. The villa can also be reached by a road that runs above the property. From here there are about half the number of steps to the villa but no private car parking space. However, it is normally quite easy to find a parking space on the road. It is possible to walk down to the sea along the steps leading from the access road to the beach at the end of the town. However, guests staying at Villa Daphne can also use a small reserved area equipped with beach umbrella and deck chair at the CALAPIATTI Club, around 7 Km from the villa. This club, which also has parking facilities, and a bar/restaurant, is situated in beautiful surroundings with a clean, uncontaminated sea. The town of Porto Santo Stefano has everything you need for the perfect holiday: bars, restaurants, all kinds of shops and connections to the beautiful Isola del Giglio. The surrounding area is characterized by the splendid greenery of the Maremma, with picturesque villages, the Terme di Saturnia (thermal baths), and much more.
