DESCRIPTION
Villa Costasanti is situated on the hills opposite Lake Garda, and offers beautiful panoramic views of the lake and surrounding countryside. The villa is located inside a vast 25,000 sq. meter estate, 5,000 sq. meters of which are for the use of guests. The rest of the estate is occupied by vineyards and olive-groves producing extra virgin olive oil and wine. The furnishings in the villa are of excellent quality and consist of both antique pieces and modern design furniture. The villa has central heating and air conditioning, satellite TV in every bedroom as well as in the main living room, mini bars in every bedroom, Wi-fi internet, an alarm system, elevator/lift, washing machine, dishwasher and refrigerator with ice-maker. The terrace, which is covered by a large sun umbrella, is supplied with tables and chairs for eating “al fresco” and offers beautiful views of the lake. A large tree-lined area on the left-hand side of the villa contains a barbecue and cool areas where guests can relax. The 5.5 x 10 meter swimming pool is heated with solar panels (that only work on sunny days) and has sun-beds and deckchairs. There is a covered area at the side of the pool with a refrigerator and washbasin, bathroom and open-air shower. There is space for 4 cars in the internal parking area. Villa Costasanti is around 1 Km from the elegant town of Lazise, south of Bardolino and north of Peschiera del Garda. Lazise has a beautiful old town center and there are numerous bars and restaurants in the large “piazza” that directly overlooks the port, as well as along the lakeside road.
