DESCRIPTION
This villa (350 sq. meters), built on one level, is immersed in a park of around 80,000 sq. m in the Municipality of Lesa (between Arona and Stresa), a magical location on the banks of Lake Maggiore. Access to the villa is along a private road, well away from the main road. Peace, relaxation and privacy are guaranteed. All the services you will need (restaurants, bar-patisseries, supermarket, post office, hairdresser, bus, railway station) are nearby and accessible. The villa has been completely renovated and offers excellent quality standards and services. A large swimming pool, a tennis court and a private golf course (9 holes) are available free of charge. The swimming pool has an electrolytic salt water system for making chlorine which does not create odor or leave an excessive amount of chlorine on the skin. The Fitness Room is fitted with last generation "TECHNOGYM" equipment, Multipla, weights, bicycle, step, etc. Near the swimming pool is a Gazebo with a table that seats 8, deck chairs, shower and WC, fridge and sink. The VILLA is located on one level (it is also suitable for people with mobility problems). However, there is a mezzanine floor above the dining room with a games/recreation room including a billiard table, small card table and other parlor games, electronic keyboard, guitar, 2 two-seater sofas. – There is air conditioning in every room (including the kitchen) that can be independently regulated with a remote control. – Floor heating and hot water produced by means of a sophisticated geothermal heating system (without using diesel oil, gas, methane or other polluting products.) – Satellite TV, DVD, BOSE Sound Dock for iPod, Iphone, etc. Telephones in every room for calling the other rooms in the villa as well as for external calls (the latter at an additional cost). Bedrooms (all of which have a safe): 3 bedrooms are connected from the corridor leading off the living room. The "Master Bedroom" has French doors that give direct access to the swimming pool. 1 bedroom can be accessed from the kitchen or by a separate entrance (ideal for a babysitter or nanny, or anyone who wants independent access). Each of the 4 bedrooms has its own en-suite bathroom with king size shower + hairdryer. 3 bedrooms with king size double beds and 1 bedroom with 2 twin beds (that can be pushed together).
