The owners are antique dealers who have furnished the indoor areas themselves, exclusively using valuable, antique pieces that are skillfully matched. Guests may like to know that if they particularly like a piece of furniture they can buy it and have it sent directly to their own home. This is a truly unique residence due to the beautiful indoor areas that have been perfectly and comfortably fitted out. The outdoor areas are also very well organized. There is a wonderful 6 x 12 m swimming pool, an outdoor shower and changing room with bathroom, terraces and loggias with amenities and a convenient outdoor kitchen with burners and oven, as well as a garden of aromatic plants. There is a laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer. The convenient location of the villa makes it possible to easily visit Arezzo, which is around 8 Km away, and the beautiful surrounding area, or to organize day trips to Siena or Florence, which are less than 1 hour away by car. Guests are offered a welcome aperitif upon arrival. A mobile telephone with rechargeable phone card is available for guests to use. It is also possible to organize personalized guided tours.
