DESCRIPTION
Villa Berta is situated in an excellent panoramic position on the hills that rise above Lake Garda, just a short distance from San Felice del Benaco, only 2 km away and where there are all kinds of shops, pizzerias and excellent restaurants serving fish from the lake. The house is modern and very spacious with modern-style furnishings and well equipped. At the guests' disposal is a private and equipped garden of 1800 m2, a swimming pool of 6x10m, table tennis and table football. You can enjoy taking pleasant walks along the lake shore. In the summer months most parts of the city has ferries that go to the other side of the lake, but if you like, you can also rent your own motorboat or go sailing or windsurfing. The Alps rise from the northern point of the lake. From here you can reach Mount Baldo, from where you can enjoy a splendid panorama. Verona, famous for its international opera festival, is only 40 minutes away either by car or train. There are many golf courses nearby. Air conditioning in all of the rooms except for the three bedrooms on the basement floor. Garage for two medium-size cars. All the twin bedrooms can be transformed into doubles.
