DESCRIPTION
This recently renovated traditional farmhouse was formerly an aristocratic residence. It is situated on the Hyblean plateau, in the countryside just outside Ragusa, which is around 2 Km away. The owners live in one part of the house and can provide guests with support and assistance as required. The farmhouse features complete, functional and modern furnishings. The portion of the house reserved for guests has an independent access. It is only necessary to cross the internal courtyard which is overlooked by the owners’ apartments in order to access the swimming pool. The beautiful 6x13 m pool is available for the exclusive use of the guests from 9.00 a.m. to 1.00 p.m. and from 3.00 p.m. onwards. Guests share the pool with the owners between 1.00 and 3.00 p.m. Guests can use the tennis court/five-a-side football pitch, mountain bikes and boules ground. The town of Ragusa, with supermarkets and a variety of different stores, is just a few minutes away by car. The beaches and seaside resort of Marina di Ragusa are around 15/20 minutes away. Of particular interest are the baroque cities of Ragusa Ibla , Modica and Noto. Siracusa is 80 Km away. The town and airport of Catania are 100 Km away. Nearest town: Ragusa Ibla Distance: 10 km |
