DESCRIPTION

The property comprises the tower itself and four independent houses located nearby, a small hamlet with the swimming pool area as its centre, enclosed by the cliff coastline rising above the sea and the gardens filled with age-old trees, a series of panoramic terraces with views of the sea and the Amalfi Coast. Two ancient bathtubs linked by a charming stairway give the swimming pool an original and hardly forgettable shape. A private path leads down to the sea, where you can reach the rocky waterfront and bathe in the crystal-clear water. The property has a dishwasher, washing machine, wide-band Internet connection, barbecue, air conditioning in the bedroom in the tower, telephone for local calls, TV, stereo with CD player, safe deposit-box, parking for three cars. Within the large estate is another completely independent property on our site:"La Limonaia di Maiori", which has its own individual characteristics; it is possible to book the entire property which can lodge up to 25 people. Access to the Torre Saracena is by a narrow tarred road which can be negotiated by the two small cars provided by the estate. Maiori, with all essential services, is 3 km. away.
