DESCRIPTION
Terramare is a delightful, typical Mediterranean house situated in the village of Praiano in a very panoramic position. The house has been recently renovated, is tastefully furnished and equipped with all the modern comforts: air conditioning in all the rooms, TV, oven, washing machine and dishwasher. Terramare is located in the upper part of the town in the area called Vettica, on the sunnier side of the promontory which overlooks the gulf of Positano. It offers an endless view of the sea, Positano, the Li Galli islands and of Punta Camanella and the Capri Island in the distance. It is situated in a peaceful location, surrounded by a very pleasant garden on two terracings, consisting of fruit trees and blossoming flower beds. In front of the entrance to the house there is a pergola equipped with a table perfect for outdoor dining as well as a BBQ. The can is accessed by means of a pedestrian walkway of approx. 200 m and is approx. 500 m from the the grocery shops and the bus stop, which from May to October runs through the entire town and goes to the beach of Praia and to Positano. The nearest beaches are La Gavitella, which is about 700 m away and is accessed by taking a characteristic stairway, or La Praia, where there are excellent restaurants along the romantic alley created along the rocky shoreline. Both of these are pebble beaches. Positano and Amalfi are 6 km away, Sorrento 23 km. Nearest town: Positano Distance: 7 km |
