DESCRIPTION
This villa, characterised by a very charming structure that is spread out over three floors, is located in an elevated and panoramic position on the south-western side of Lake Garda, between Desenzno (15 km) and Salò (5 km), near San Felice del Benaco which is only 2 km away you where you will find all kinds of shops, characteristic restaurants and pizzerias. The house has been completely renovated recently and offers a high level of comfort, the furnishings are modern and the house is well equipped. From the house, surrounded by the green hills lined in olive-tree groves and vineyards, you can enjoy a splendid view of the lake and the tops of the snow-capped southern Alps. There is a very pleasant terrace under the portico in front of the house, the barbecue is situated just outside the kitchen.
