The apartement is surrounded by leafy private grounds of 800 sq. metres, cultivated with olive trees, lemons and ornamental plants, along with native mediterranean scrub. The grounds slope gently down from the entrance gate towards the sea, which has direct access down a private path, and there are two terracings well-equipped with garden furniture. The first terrace, with a nice view of the sea and surrounded by trees, is equipped with an open-air kitchen: with a kitchen counter with everything you need for cooking, along with a wood- and coal-burning barbecue. The other terrace, which you reach down an attractive path through the trees, is covered by a pergola and has a view of the sea. The entrance lies about half-way along the road between Massa Lubrense and the little port at Marina della Lobra, and lies just 10 minutes walk from the centre of Massa Lubrense where you will find all kinds of shops, along with banks and post offices.
