DESCRIPTION
The house is situated in the town of Lesa which is located in one of the most charming gulfs on the lake, in the town center just a few meters from Lake Maggiore, inside the medieval walls that encircle the town. Up until 1700 the house was a fishermen's residence with the latest renovation taking place in 1995, it assumed its present-day appearance. Furnished with antiques and equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine, electric oven, microwave oven. The terrace has garden furniture and is decorated with plants and flowers. The town of Lesa is situated just a few kilometres from various charming towns; Arona (9 km), where the paintings are exhibited in Villa Ponti; Stresa (10 km) where the prestigious summer Music Festival is held, sailing schools, tennis courts, golf courses and where you can reach on boat the three beautiful Borromee islands; Verbania (24 km), with the splendid gardens of Villa Taranto. In just an hour's drive you can reach Macugnaga, at the foot of Mount Rosa; 70 km from Milan and 40 from the Malpensa airport. FIRST FLOOR: The upstairs consists of a large living-room with double sofa bed, fireplace and TV; dining room with kitchen equipped with microwave and dishwasher; a bathroom with washing machine. SECOND FLOOR: A stairway leads up to the second floor, in a veranda, from where you access from one side a terrace and from the other the two bedrooms with bathroom, one is a double and the other is a twin bedroom. The second floor has air conditioning. |
