The apartments on the ground floor have access direct from the main entrance, while a flight of steps leads to the apartments on the first floor. This arrangement offers a high level of privacy. In one of the ground-floor apartments guests have at their disposal a large kitchen and a living room that can accommodate 12 people, while it is also possible to dine together in a large furnished room on the lower floor with access from outside, or on the superbly-equipped panoramic terrace. The 2 apartments A and B on the ground floor and C and D on the first floor are communicating. There is a 4 x 17 m swimming pool for guests’ exclusive use. All the apartments have satellite TV. There is a laundry, private car park and an automatic gate. Wi-fi internet connections. Mosquito nets in all rooms. The owner and their two dogs (good-natured and well-trained) live in a flat made on the lower floor, with entrance from the rear of the house, and always treat their guests with the utmost consideration.
