DESCRIPTION
The villa lies sheer above the sea on the beautiful coast that from Praiano alternates inlets and promontories in a succession of nature's wonders all the way to Amalfi. Access is from the road that links all of the Amalfi Coast, via a large gate that leads to the car park, then up a short flight of steps, leading straight into the large flower garden that goes down all the way to the large terrace that surrounds the upper part of the villa, where you will find the kitchen and outside dining-area. The opposite part points out over the sea like the prow of a ship, with a beautiful view of the promontory of Praiano. Then you go down to the terrace below, still with a beautiful view, and from there to the private sea-water swimming-pool and towards the private path down to the sea. The villa is on three floors: the first includes the kitchen with access from the outside, the open-air dining-area and the internal dining-room; the next floor, down a flight of stairs, opens into a large living-room with an old Vietri ceramic floor, with satellite-TV and fireplace; finally, down another internal flight of stairs, you come to the sleeping area with the 5 bedrooms, each with private bathroom and with air-conditioning. The furnishings are excellent quality and include antiques. The villa is equipped with dishwasher, washing-machine, stereo with CD-player. The price includes a cleaning-service during the week of 4 hours a day, 6 days a week by personnel who live in a separate part of the property, and bath-linen change twice a week. Praiano, the nearest village with food shops is 3 km away, Amalfi 6 km and Positano 8 km. In the nearby villages and on the beach at Praia are several restaurants offering excellent local cuisine.
