DESCRIPTION
This ancient stone-built farmhouse is located just outside of Pienza, in the countryside south of Siena, in a dominating and panoramic position overlooking the splendid territory of the Val d'Orcia. The farmhouse is set inside a large farm where various crops are grown and there is a sheep farm. One wing of the large farmhouse is inhabited by the owners who do not use the outdoor areas reserved for the guests nor the swimming pool. Thanks to the excellent renovation work carried out, the structure and the original character of the house have been skilfully preserved. The Tuscan-style furnishings are well kept and the house is well equipped. You can easily go on outings to the cities of Pienza, only 10 km away, Montalcino 25 km and Siena 80 km. The farmhouse is accessed by following along a dirt track road of approx. 4 km. Very pleasant, panoramic outdoor areas with swimming pool 5.5x11m and equipped pergola.
