DESCRIPTION
This characteristic, stone-built farmhouse is located inside a vast property that extends for 460 hectares, situated in a peaceful and panoramic position overlooking the vineyards and the gentle hills of the Chianti Classico (350 m altitude). Inside the Estate there are vineyards, olive tree groves and wheat fields, protected by the woods and shrubbery. The house is the classic Tuscan country style and has comfortable, country-style furnishings. Outside you will find a swimming pool of 6x14m which is of exclusive use and an annexe equipped with dining area and barbecue. The estate is situated in an ideal location between Castellina in Chianti, which is only 5 km away and where you will find all kinds of shops, and the medieval hamlet of Monteriggioni, surrounded by ancient walls and lookout towers. You can easily visit the entire Chianti Classico area between Siena and Firenze, 15 km Poggibonsi, 20 km from Siena and San Gimignano, 50 km Florence. Tennis courts and horse riding stables are 15 km away. Only the first floor is used while the ground floor is not used.
