DESCRIPTION
This striking medieval farmhouse is located in the Grosseto Maremma area in a commanding position overlooking the vineyards of Montecucco with views of Montalcino and Mount Amiata. The farmhouse is divided into 5 independent apartments which have recently been renovated and tastefully furnished. Guests can enjoy the large garden with beautiful private swimming pool (7x13 m), changing rooms and bathroom, a wellness room with Turkish bath, sauna, small gym and whirlpool bath with hot and cold water. By booking the whole farmhouse, guests can experience a high level of privacy and, although it has been divided into different apartments, it is still possible to use and enjoy the communal areas together. In fact, a fully equipped professional kitchen is provided in an independent location and, just a few meters away, there is a large dining room which contains a small museum of traditional peasant art, a living room with TV and a wine bar corner. Guests can also eat together outside on the large covered terrace adjacent to apartment no. 1, using the apartment’s kitchenette as a second kitchen. Mountain bikes are provided free of charge and it is also possible to purchase the local typical food and wine products. Covered car park. Laundry room and barbecue. There is a grocery store 4 km away, the town of Paganico, which has shops, a supermarket and all necessary services, is 9 Km away, Grosseto (40 km), Siena and the beautiful beaches of Castiglione della Pescaia (60 Km).
