DESCRIPTION
Casa delle Papere is situated on the Torri del Benaco coast. The Baia dei Pini beach can be accessed directly from the house which is around 500 meters from the town center. The house can be reached along a footpath that runs along the side of the lake and continues for around 4 Km beyond the center of Torri del Benaco. By car, the house is accessed via an automatic gate on Via Gardesana. There are 2 private parking spaces in the garden, in the shade of some tall cypress trees. The beach can be reached by foot through a small gate. The large living room, with big windows offering views of the lake, leads on to a panoramic terrace furnished with table and chairs for eating “al fresco”. The kitchen is well-equipped and has an oven, dishwasher and microwave as well as a dining area. The house has satellite TV, Wi-Fi internet connection and a laundry room with a washing machine. The characteristic town of Torri del Benaco has its own special charm which, combined with the tranquility, lifestyle, excellent cuisine that can be enjoyed in the numerous restaurants located along the lake, proximity of various amusement parks and wide choice of sporting facilities, makes it the ideal holiday destination for the whole family.
