DESCRIPTION
Capannino is the annex of the villa, set within a historic 220-hectare estate producing fine wine and olive oil in the very heart of Chianti Classico. In a splendid peaceful and panoramic position commanding a superb view over the surrounding countryside, the estate is immersed in vineyards and olive groves. The house, which has been recently renovated and attractively furnished, extends over the first floor with access via an external stone staircase; it has recently been renovated and well furnished. The delightful outdoor areas comprise a gazebo furnished with table and chairs for guests’ exclusive use and a fine 7x14 m swimming pool (depth 3 m) which is shared with owners, who occasionally use the villa.
