Ancient farmhouse situated in a splendid hillside position with views of the medieval village of Barberino Val d'Elsa. The interiors of the house have been divided into three pleasant, well-kept apartments that do not communicate internally between one another and which can accommodate a total of up to 14 people, offering an excellent level of privacy to groups of families or friends who want to spend a holiday together while at the same time preserving their independence. The house has a large common area with a dining area, cooking area, living room and loggia where the shared moments and communal living takes place. You will find very nice and well-equipped outdoor areas where the swimming pool of 6x12m is located and is of exclusive use of the guests. Barberino Val d'Elsa is approx. 1.5 km away and is where you will find grocery shops, cafés and restaurants. Whereas, Tavarnelle Val di Pesa, with all kinds of shops, is 5 km away. This house is located right in the heart of the Chianti approx halfway between Florence (30 km) and Siena (43 km). San Gimignano, a charming town with its ancient towers, is approx. 20 km away.
