In the spacious equipped outdoor areas that surround the house you will find an annex with loggia, a courtyard and a terrace with facilities that offers a panoramic view of the Chianti countryside and is perfect for relaxing. The terrace also has a swimming pool (6 x 12 m) for the exclusive use of the guests. Near the swimming pool is a changing room with bathroom. Montespertoli is known as the city of wine for its production of prestigious red wines and the beautiful surrounding hills that are lined with vineyards and olive groves. Each year, during the month of May, in the center of the town, a characteristic Chianti Wine show is held. The entire area is filled with excellent restaurants where you can enjoy the typical local cuisine. The property is completely enclosed.
