Shopping List
We can appreciate you may arrive late or too tired to visit the shops that day. If you would like to provide us with a small shopping list one week prior to your arrival, the keyholder will ensure your groceries will be awaiting your arrival. A receipt will be left for you to settle locally.
Cooks and Extra Catering Requirements
Although our villas provide the luxury of freedom and choice during your holiday, particularly when it comes to dining and trying those lovely local restaurants, it may be that on occasions you would prefer to have a meal prepared in your own villa by one of our local cooks.
We are delighted to be able to offer an additional service whereby a cook will come to your property and prepare a menu designed around your tastes whilst incorporating some local traditional recipes.
You may also choose to escort them to the local markets and assist in buying the fresh produce to be cooked by our member of staff.
This type of service is normally only available in villas rather than apartments although we recommend you always discuss with us first as many of our properties do differ.
We have a number of extremely large and majestic properties that are often requested for parties celebrating something specific. It may be a special anniversary, or birthday where family and friends gather from around the world. It might be a wedding and reception. Whatever the occasion, we understand you may require particular catering needs.

Weddings
Many of our larger properties can be used for wedding receptions and dinners where there is ample space to accommodate large numbers either outside on terraces or within their gardens. On some occasions, it may be possible to have the meal inside the property. However, this would depend on the number of guests and the style and size of the property.
Timeaway can be at your disposal to assist in organizing your wedding party at one of our properties. Our staff in Italy can assist with menus, flowers, music, hire of all equipment, photographers, etc. and would be happy to quote for all or part of this service.
