    Our liability
  12. We are acting as agents for Ville in Italia srl. Properties are regularly inspected and the owners are contractually obliged to maintain their properties in good condition for the entire rental period. This amount must be paid in cash, and will be refunded at the end of the stay less any deduction made for any additional costs not included in the rental price or for damage caused. The owner/representative may refuse access to the property if the deposit is not handed over.
