- If you know your date and have selected the area of Italy for your holiday, click on 'Find Availability' and enter your details. By then clicking 'Search', a list will appear showing all villas/apartments that are currently available for you to book.
- Click on a picture to see full description, prices and further photos.
- Make a wish-list by clicking on the 'Wish-list' drop-down menu and clicking on 'Add to the wish-list'. This makes it easy to compare and decide which one you like the most. You can also email this list to others.
- Telephone or email us with further questions, assistance or to reserve a property.
- When you are ready to reserve a property, let us know by email or telephone, providing your address, telephone number and email. We will hold it as an 'option' for 4 days which allows time to book your flights.
- A Booking Form will be emailed detailing your request. Should you wish to go ahead with the booking, we request a 30% deposit be made within these 4 days. This can be done using the secure Credit Card link provided in the Booking Form. Alternatively you can send a cheque or make a bank transfer but you should advise us first.
- Once a deposit has been received, a Confirmation Invoice will be emailed.
- A request for the balance will be sent by email 40 days prior to your arrival.
- Once full payment has been received, a Final Contract will be sent by email. This will provide all the details required to arrive and enjoy your holiday home.
Alternatively, you can ask us to do the work by providing dates, budget and specific requirements. We will then email a small recommended selection to suit your request.
